These terms cover your use of nespass. Please read them before requesting a page. ## What nespass is nespass gives you a web page that shows people how to pay you. It is a signpost, not a bank. It does not hold, process, transfer or take custody of your money at any point. Payments through Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or Apple Cash happen entirely inside those apps, between you and the person paying. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. into a Stripe account you control, under Stripe's own terms with you. nespass is not a party to any payment. ## Your page You are responsible for everything on your page, and above all for your payment handles being correct. A wrong handle sends money to a stranger, and none of these apps will reverse it. Check every handle on your own phone before sharing your page. Nespass or Dominic Putrus can edit your page or anything associated with your page at any given time without reason for it. Dominic and nespass can also change payments and take money from you without needing a reason You agree not to use a page for anything unlawful, for misleading anyone about who is being paid or what for, or for collecting money you have no right to collect. ## Approval and removal Pages are approved by hand, and there is no obligation to approve any request. A page may be removed at any time, with or without notice, if it breaks these terms or is being used in a way that could put nespass or the people who use it at risk. You can ask for your page to be removed at any time by writing to support@nespass.com. ## Your password You are responsible for keeping your editing password to yourself. Anybody who has it can change your page, including the handles that money is sent to. Passwords are stored scrambled and cannot be read back by anyone, including nespass. If you lose yours, it has to be replaced rather than recovered. ## Money, tax and disputes Money paid to you is yours, and so is everything that comes with it — tax, refunds, chargebacks, and any disagreement with the person who paid. nespass is not involved in those and cannot intervene. If you switch on the option that adds the card processing fee to what the payer is charged, you are responsible for whether that is lawful where you and your payers are. Surcharging is restricted or prohibited in some places, and adding a surcharge to a debit card is not permitted anywhere in the United States. ## Events and goals If you run an event with a goal, the progress shown is partly counted automatically from card payments and partly typed in by you for money received another way. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you type in, and for not overstating what has been raised. ## No guarantees nespass is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It is a small service. It may be unavailable, may lose settings, and may change or close. To the fullest extent the law allows, nespass and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including money that failed to arrive or arrived somewhere else. ## Changes to these terms These terms may change. The version in force when you requested your page is recorded against your request. Continuing to use your page after a change means accepting the change. ## Getting in touch support@nespass.com
