Privacy Policy

When you request a page: your name, your email address, what you say the page is for, any payment handles you give, and — if there are terms in force — the fact that you agreed and which version you agreed to. If you choose a password when applying, only a scrambled form of it is ever stored. The password itself is never kept and cannot be read back by anyone. When you have a page: whatever you put on it, which is public by design. When you write to support: your name, your email address and your message. When somebody pays you by card: the amount, and, if payment notifications are switched on, the payer's name and email address are passed to you in the notification. Card numbers never touch nespass at any point — they are typed into Stripe's own form and are never seen by this site. ## What is not collected There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no profiling. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in while editing your page. Nobody's browsing is followed anywhere, on this site or off it. ## Who it is shared with Nobody, except the services needed to run it: - Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores its data - Stripe, which processes card payments - Resend, which delivers email - Anthropic, which answers questions typed into the support assistant Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising. ## The support assistant Questions typed into the chat assistant are sent to Anthropic to be answered, along with public information about the page you are on. Please do not type anything into it that you would not want handled that way. It will never ask you for a card number, a password or a bank detail. Anything that does is not nespass. ## How long it is kept Page settings are kept for as long as the page exists. Applications and support messages are kept until they are deleted.
